The Grand Finale!!


What an amazing workout that is ultimately a workout all can complete. Who wouldn't want another long endurance workout?


Let's all join together after the workout and celebrate another completed Open at Jillian's in Fenway. We will assemble there at the completion of 20.5 which will be after 8 pm.

40 muscle-ups

80-cal. row

120 wall-ball shots


Women: 14-lb balls to 9 ft

Men: 20lb balls to 10 ft


Scaled: (Ages 16-54)

Women: chin-over-bar pull-ups, 10-lb. ball to 9 ft

Men: chin-over-bar pull-ups, 14-lb. ball to 10 ft.
