January Member of the Month
This month we recognize Amelia Feinberg-Eddy for the consistency and hard work she's shown over the last several months. Many of you may have seen her in any of the three class time slots demonstrating exercises for us coaches or working with fellow athletes to help out during class.

How you found CrossFitÂ
When I stopped doing gymnastics, I missed learning new skills, working on technique, and having the structure of competitions. I eventually signed up for a Spartan race to have a something to train for, and that somehow led me to CrossFit. Â

CrossFit is my hobby (outside of medical school). I also have two dogs. Those three things take up most of my time.
Goals in the gym
Right now my main goal is just to keep prioritizing my mental and physical health as school becomes increasingly busy. So I am mostly focused on staying consistent in coming classes. Skill-wise, I want to do ring muscle-ups and keep improving mobility to help with pretty much everything.

KSCF Notes
Saturday, 1/11 and Sunday, 1/12 there will be construction inside KSCF. Class on 1/11 at 10 am will be held. NO CLASS ON 1/12 AND THE BOX WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE MAJORITY IF NOT ALL OF THE DAY DUE TO THIS CONSTRUCTION.
