🌈 PRIDE WOD is Today


Join us today at 9:30 AM for our annual PRIDE WOD as we celebrate and support our LGBTQ+ community.


This workout is open to all members, friends, family, and allies. Whether you're a longtime member or joining us for the first time, we'd love to have you here. Guests are welcome to participate free of charge and can sign a waiver at the front desk before class.


Come move with us, connect with the community, and help us make this a fun, welcoming, and memorable event for everyone.
