1 Rep Max Testing


This week we continue our 1 RM testing. We have a big week of tests this week with appropriate WOD programming to assist. Next week should be our final week of testing including the C&J, DL, and maybe another fun little test or two 😉,

  • Wed: Open Programming Day

  • Thu: Front Squat 1 RM

  • Fri: Press 1 RM
