Teams of 3 the following for time:
Row 100 Cals switching every 20 Cals – While team holds the bottom of a Squat
100 Ring Rows – Team must hang from Pullup Bar
100 Alternating Team Wall Balls
100 Anchored Situps – One teammate holds feet
100 Alternating DB Renegade Rows (50/35) – Team holds Plank Position
100 Ball Slams – Team Holds Handstand Position
*If any teammate cannot complete the isometric tasks the team has to stop
