KSCF Group Zoom Class
We will have our next group Zoom class Today at 6 pm and again on Saturday at 10 am. If you want to provide feedback of when the best time for a Zoom class works for you, you can find our survey questionnaire posted on our private FB page. There is also a complimentary Core conditioning class on IG Live from my handle @doublej_22
The Zoom class will be different that what is programmed below.
