26.3 Is Here 🔥


The final test of the Open has arrived and it should be a good burner.


In classic CrossFit fashion, 26.3 brings the thrusters, pushing our capacity and testing just how deep we are willing to dig. This one will spike the heart rate, light up the legs, and probably have us questioning our life choices for a few minutes. Embrace it. It is the final shot of the Open.


Our team competition has been tight, and it has been awesome watching teams show up, wear their colors, and support not just their own crew but the entire community. Team Blue has pulled ahead of Team Black after taking home the Week 2 Spirit Award, but the final points are still on the table.


So the question is simple: who is showing up to earn their team the last points of the Open? Bring the energy, cheer on your teammates, and help push the room through the final test of the season.


After the workout, we will head down the street to Flat Top Johnny’s to celebrate finishing the Open together. It is only about an 8 minute walk from the box, so grab your crew and join us for some food, drinks, and a well earned victory lap.


It has been an awesome CrossFit season. Watching athletes challenge their limits, support one another, and build this community is what makes it all worth it for our coaches and members alike. Let’s close this Open the right way. 💪🔥
