This Saturday, May 24th at 9:15 AM, we’re throwing down our annual Murph workout—and you’re definitely invited! This is a community event, open to all guests, friends, and fitness-curious folks. Just swing by the front desk to fill out a quick waiver, and you’re in.

We’ve been prepping for this since March (yes, those push-ups had a purpose), and now it’s time to see where our fitness stands. 💪


Whether you’re going full Rx, scaling reps, sharing the grind with a partner, or cruising through an AMRAP—there’s a version for everyone. No matter how you Murph, we’ll sweat, struggle, and crush it together, KSCF-style.


🥗 Post-Murph Munchies: Once we wrap up, we’ll head to a local spot to celebrate, refuel, and relive the chaos—location TBD (because Boston weather likes to keep us on our toes). Stay tuned after the workout for details, and come hang with the crew!
