Welp, this may be a 6 minute workout for many. Nonetheless, we gotta give it our all and try to make it into the extra 3 minute round or scale the workout so we can. The movement standards can be found here. It should be a burner and a shoulder heavy workout.


The finale afterparty has yet to be decided but I'll make a call around midday tomorrow before FNL. Check out the private FB and help us decide where we can celebrate all our Wall Walks.

Starting with a 6-minute time cap,

complete as many reps as possible of:


5 wall walks

50 double-unders

15 snatches (weight 1)


5 wall walks

50 double-unders

12 snatches (weight 2)

*If completed before the 6-minute time

cap, add 3 minutes to the time cap and

complete:


20 strict handstand push-ups

50 double-unders

9 snatches (weight 3)

*If completed before the 9-minute time

cap, add 3 minutes to the time cap and

complete:


20 strict handstand push-ups

50 double-unders

6 snatches (weight 4)


Rx: 65/95, 95/135, 125/185, 155/225

Scaled: 45/65, 65/95, 75/115, 85/135
