Friday, October 11th, CrossFit Open 20.1 Workout

First Open Workout!!

Our first Open workout is here and we're ready to attack it! There will be tips/strategies and warm-ups on the whiteboard in the box. Every class will be completing this workout for their WOD today.


Friday Night Lights begins at 5:30 pm. If you want to be part of the Coach led warm-up come for this time period. If you can't make it, we will be running heats for the workout throughout the entire night until all athletes present have completed the WOD.


Post-Open Destination

This week we're going to Flat Top Johnny's afterward. This is located at 1 Kendall Square and groups will leave from the box after completion.

WORKOUT 20.1

10 rounds for time of:

8 ground-to-overheads

10 bar-facing burpees


Rx’d: (Ages 16-54)

Men use 95 lb.

Women use 65 lb.


Scaled: (Ages 16-54)

Men use 65 lb. and perform jumping pull-ups

Women use 45 lb. and perform jumping pull-ups


Masters 55+:

Men use 65 lb.

Women use 45 lb
