❤️ Standing with Our Venezuelan Family


Our hearts are with everyone impacted by the recent tragedy affecting communities in Venezuela.


As a community, we believe that showing up for one another extends far beyond the walls of our gym. If you're able, we encourage you to follow the link below and consider making a donation to support relief efforts and those who need it most.


This cause is especially close to home for us. Our members, Steph and Javi, along with their friends and family, have been affected by this tragedy. Today, we stand with them, their loved ones, and our extended human family as they begin the road to recovery.
