Possible Class Schedule Change


It's a new full week and we will be moving into more regularized programming. There will be our powerlifting strength being the primary strength over the next 3-6 weeks. We will work in Olympic and gymnastics movements as well.


Most importantly, Baby J will be coming soon which may alter the coaching schedule in effect. It will be possible there will be no coaches available for a particular class time. If possible, we will avoid this but please be prepared that there may be classes coming by week's end or into next week where we are not able to have a coach present. If so, there will be an email sent out notifying the KSCFam. We appreciate your patience.
