I hope everyone's Saturday body is feeling great after the 24.2 workout. Next Friday the 15th is our final CF Open workout and our final social. We have reserved two lanes at Revolution Axe Throwing in Everett. It is located just passed the Encore casino near Night Shift Brewery and Metrorock Climbing. We hope to you and any of your friends/partners come and have a little fun to celebrate the 2024 CrossFit Open and busting our butts together.
