20 Burpees

40 Wallballs (20/14)

60 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

80 Box Jumps (24/20)

100 sit-ups


Cash-Out: Row/bike 1k/3k m alternating every 250/500 m


*Must complete row and bike but only 1 of each for "buy-in/cash-out"
