Take 10 minutes to improve your mobility. i.e. foam roll legs, hips, pecs, shoulders. Take time to stretch your pecs, lats, hamstrings, hip flexors and glutes. Perform accessory mobility exercises like Planks, rotator cuff movements or hip stability work.
