1 RM Testing
We will be implementing our first 1 RM tests beginning this week. The full testing schedule has not yet been established, but it should be completed today and posted here on Wednesday and each day moving forward.

Wed: DB Row Strength, AMRAP with Snatches and Rowing
Thu: Push Press 1 RM Test, Rope Climb and Reverse lunges in WOD
Fri: Snatch 1 RM Test, Medium length AMRAP w/DLs and DUs
