Alternating Step-Ups (1 rep on 1 leg)

Single Leg Hip Bridge (split reps between legs)

BP Strict Press (split reps between arms)

Russian BP Swing

Mountain Climbers (1rep on both legs counts as 1 rep)


Self Myofascial Release (SMR)


Spend 10-15 mins using a roller or ball to release hips/shoulders/pecs/brain
