Friday Night Lights 2025!!


The first workout has been announced and we can't wait to test it out next to our fellow KSCF Fam. You can come to any of our Friday classes to sweat it out besides our fitness friends.


Get ready to crank up the excitement, KSCF! This week, we’re excited to gather at Flat Top Johnny's, conveniently located at One Kendall Square, for a celebration! After you’ve crushed your workout, join your KSCF Fam around 8 pm for a fantastic evening of relaxation and connection. Don't miss out on the delicious food, lively music, and a variety of fun activities like pool and darts that cater to all interests. It's the perfect opportunity to celebrate your hard work and completion of 25.1, surrounded by friends who share the same passion for fitness. Mark your calendars and get ready for a night filled with camaraderie, laughter, and joy! Let’s come together to create amazing memories—your presence is what truly makes our community shine!


We have requests to hold our final social on March 14th at an Axe Throwing hall as we did last year. If we do it again this year, it will be located at Urban Axes in Somerville. It will be $25 per person and KSCF will comp the remaining $25 per. Fill out this form to let us know if you're interested in coming or if you have an alternative suggestion.

25.1



AMRAP 15 minutes

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell (50/35)

3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads

30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)


*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.


General Warm-up for 6 am


Mobility/Activation: Take 3-4 minutes mobilizing the posterior chain, legs, and hips

  • Downward Dogs to Press-ups

  • Scap Push-ups

  • Kang Squats

  • Spiderman Stretch with rotations

  • Hurdler Hip/Ham stretch

  • Reverse Lunges

  • Wall Slides

  • High Plank 1-arm Rotations

  • RDLs


Active Warm-up: 


Complete 3 Rounds

8/6 Cal Row or bike sprint

10 KB Swings at load one level below your WOD load

8 Reverse Lunges
