Friday Night Lights, February 17th, 2023


This is why we sign-up and complete the CrossFit Open. To test and retest our current fitness level. Today's Open workout is a 2014 WOD we completed two weeks ago to prepare for the Open. We hope to see more of our KSCF athletes sign-up to test and record their workouts at our Friday Night Light workouts.

After we all grind through this Chipper workout we'll head across the street to Lily P's for some post-workout fuel and fun. See you all tomorrow night at 5:30 pm.
