This Week, at KSCF


Our annual KSCF FaceOff is coming this Saturday, April 19th. 18 of our KSCF athletes are teaming up to test their fitness. The event starts around 9:15 am and will finish around 1 pm. Come check out the event where there will be food, friends, and fitness!

  • Wed: Deadlift Strength w/short metabolic couplet

  • Thu: BB Conditioning followed by accessory strength

  • Fri: Strict Press, then a little BB burner.
