"Girls WOD" Week
This week we celebrate the closing of National Women's Month with a bunch of CrossFit HQ programming The "Girls" workouts. These workouts are designed to test many facets of fitness so be ready to have some fun this week. These workouts are great workouts to record your score on because they always come back at some point in your CrossFit athletic career.
