2021 Memorial Day "Murph"


Next Monday the current plan is to complete our Annual "Murph" workout at 10 am at KSCF. We'll have multiple heats going through to create a bit more space on the Pull-Up bars and the floor. Sign-up and hold your spot for next week's Memorial WOD.
