We’re excited to officially announce that we are now a HYROX Affiliate.
This is a big step for our community and opens the door for both current members and new hybrid athletes looking to train with purpose. As part of this, our Saturday classes will soon transition into HYROX Strength & Conditioning sessions, designed to help you build the engine, strength, and confidence needed for race day.
These classes will be open to both KSCF members and anyone in the HYROX community who wants to train with us.
Whether you’re already competing or just HYROX-curious, we’d love to have you in the room. Let’s get to work.
