1 mile of running per round (split between partners as desired to accumulate 1 mile)

5 rope climbs

10 HSPU

15 Deadlifts (245/165)

10 Wall Balls (30/20)

5 Burpees over Bar

*One partner works at a time unless both partners are running or one partner is running while the other completes reps
