This week starts our annual CrossFit Open Friday Night Lights workouts. It is an annual weekly event that lasts 3-weeks. We program these workouts on Fridays as our WOD and you can complete the workout in any class throughout the day. Our big group gets together on Friday nights starting at 5:30 pm. If you can make it at that time you will be brought through a coach-led warm-up and workout prep. If you can't make it then, you can come in whenever you want as we will have guidance on the whiteboards. When you're ready to complete the workout, you can jump into a heat to test your fitness. We'll have our KSCFam nearby to cheer you on and to sweat it out by your side.
After our workouts we'll be meeting up to celebrate the workout and hangout with our fellow KSCFam. An email will be sent out this week confirming the location as well as being posted here. We also update on our private FB group where you can find the link below. Let's test our fitness and find out how to set our goals for 2025!!
