Get ready for a gymnastics test.
Workout 26.2 brings plenty of pull up variations, making it a great opportunity to chase some gymnastics personal bests. Whether it is your first chest to bar, a bigger unbroken set, or simply pushing a little further than last week, this workout is built for breakthroughs.
Bring the energy, attack the challenge, and support your teammates as we take on the second test of the Open together.
Friday Night Lights
Join us at 5:30 PM for Friday Night Lights as we take on 26.2 together. Bring the energy and bring a friend to experience the atmosphere.
After Party at Urban Wild 🎳
After the workout, we are heading to Urban Wild in Charlestown at Hood Park to keep the celebration going. Think bowling, lawn games, good food, drinks, and plenty of space to hang out with the community.
KSCF has three bowling lanes reserved from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and food and drinks will be provided. Friends and family are welcome.
Let’s throw down in the gym and celebrate together after. 💪🎉
